• C4 Custom Details provides mobile detailing, mold detailing, odor removal, paint correction, and ceramic coating services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe work environments or extreme vehicle conditions beyond our capabilities.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or text.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Prices listed on our website are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services required.
• Any price adjustments will be discussed before starting the service..

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App).

• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 12 hours so we can address the issue.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion based on the situation.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, worn-out materials, or weak clear coat.
• Customers must inform us of any sensitive areas before the service begins..

• Customers must remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

• While we use professional methods to eliminate mold and odors, complete removal is not always guaranteed, especially in severe cases.

• Services may be rescheduled in case of severe weather conditions that prevent safe detailing. We will notify customers as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.

• Ceramic coatings provide long-term protection but require proper maintenance. We are not responsible for coating failure due to neglect, improper washing, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

• Paint correction removes surface imperfections, but deep scratches, rock chips, and certain defects may not be fully repairable

• We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties. Your contact details are used solely for booking, confirmations, and promotional offers (if opted in).

• C4 Custom Details reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
